On February 13, Xia Nong, a first-level inspector of the Industrial Development Department of the National Development and Reform Commission, introduced at the press conference of the Joint Defense and Joint Control Mechanism of the State Council that since February 2, China's mask output has increased day by day. As of February 11, the national mask capacity utilization rate has reached 94%; the first-line prevention and control of medical N95 masks, the capacity utilization rate has reached 128%.
